About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers, Community Support Workers, and Assistant Nurses (AINs) to join our talent pool to work across a variety of settings including:
  • Disability Support (Community, SIL & Supported Accommodation)
  • Residential Aged Care Facilities
  • Community Aged Care & Home Care Services
  • Mental Health Support Services
  • Assistant in Nursing (AIN) and Care Worker roles
In these rewarding roles, you will empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice while supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the placement, your duties may include:
  • Personal care and activities of daily living
  • Manual handling and mobility support
  • Medication assistance and administration
  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Domestic assistance and household tasks
  • Community access, transport, and social engagement
  • Supporting individual goals, independence, and life skills development
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition
  • Providing person-centred care in line with individual support plans
  • Assisting residents and clients to maintain dignity, choice, and quality of life

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Qualifications certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, AIN or equivalent;or 
  • University students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
  • Experience in supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours (Desirable)
  • Experience with people living with Dementia (Desirable)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (Aged Care Facility exempt)
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
