Pathway Talent is partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Creative & Content Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketing professional to shape brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support organisational growth through compelling storytelling and impactful content.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead the development of integrated content strategies, brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and audience engagement activities that connect with customers, employees, partners, and the wider community.

You will bring the organisation's story to life through engaging content across multiple channels, strengthening brand awareness and showcasing the impact of services through authentic, meaningful, and purpose-driven storytelling.

From content strategy and social media to thought leadership, campaign development, media engagement, and executive communications, you'll play a key role in building a strong, consistent, and influential brand presence.

This role is ideal for a content, communications, or digital engagement professional who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and creating work that makes a genuine difference.

The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will:
  • Develop and implement integrated content and communication strategies.
  • Create engaging content across digital, social media, web, video, email, and print channels.
  • Lead content planning and campaign development to support organisational objectives.
  • Drive audience engagement through compelling storytelling and creative content initiatives.
  • Develop executive and leadership communications that align with organisational priorities.
  • Manage media, public relations, and reputation-building activities.
  • Coordinate award submissions, industry recognition programs, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Support organisational change initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor content, campaign, and communication performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Promote services, achievements, and community impact through strategic storytelling.
  • Provide support for sensitive, crisis, and issue-based communications when required.
About You
You are an experienced content, marketing, or communications professional who combines strategic thinking with exceptional content creation skills.

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing, communications, corporate affairs, public relations or engagement roles.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful content and communication strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Strong creative capability with the ability to transform complex information into engaging and accessible content.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience preparing content and communications for executive and leadership audiences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, analytics, and content performance metrics.
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience within the not-for-profit, community services, healthcare, disability, aged care, or human services sectors will be highly regarded.
