Pathway Talent is recruiting three Customer & Experience Coordinators to join services across the Central Coast.

We have opportunities available across different service environments:
  • 2 positions supporting customers within Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • 1 position supporting customers in the community
These are rewarding opportunities to build genuine relationships, support greater choice, independence and control, and help create positive experiences for the people you support.

About the opportunity
These are permanent part-time positions, working 72 hours per fortnight and classified at SCHADS Level 3.

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll work closely with customers, colleagues, families and other key stakeholders to coordinate quality, person centred support.

Depending on the position, you may be supporting customers within a Supported Independent Living environment or working with customers to achieve their goals and stay connected within the community.

You’ll be someone who builds trust, communicates confidently and can respond to changing needs while balancing competing priorities. Most importantly, you’ll ensure customers remain at the centre of decisions about their support.

What you’ll do
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with customers and their support networks
  • Support customers to exercise choice, independence and control
  • Coordinate day-to-day customer support and respond to changing needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and internal and external stakeholders
  • Support community participation, social connection and meaningful activities
  • Listen and respond to customer concerns and identify practical solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer information, records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Manage competing priorities while ensuring customers receive responsive, quality support
  • Contribute to a positive, safe and person-centred service environment
What you’ll bring

  • Experience in disability, community services or a related environment
  • A strong customer-service and person-centred approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence working autonomously and using initiative
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A practical and solutions-focused approach to challenges
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
  • A genuine commitment to supporting people to live independently and achieve positive outcomes
Checks and requirements
Successful applicants must hold, or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement:
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current NSW Driver Licence
  • Full Australian working rights
