As a Disability or Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll empower people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals, build independence, and connect with their communities.
You’ll assist with daily living (personal care, meal prep, household tasks), support community participation, and collaborate with families and health professionals, always promoting dignity, respect, and choice.
What you’ll need
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Disability, AIN or equivalent;
- Students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
- Experience in support work
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening and Orientation Module
- Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
