About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Care Support Workers  to join our talent pool to empower older Australians to live with dignity, independence, and choice while supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Join our Talent Pool to be the first to recieve job poppurtuinites in the Inverell and Tingha Region.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on support needs, your duties may include:
  • Personal care and activities of daily living
  • Manual handling and mobility support
  • Medication assistance and administration
  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Domestic assistance and household tasks
  • Community access, transport, and social engagement
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition
  • Providing person-centred care in line with individual support plans
  • Assisting clients to maintain dignity, choice, and quality of life

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Qualifications certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, AIN or equivalent;or 
  • University students 2nd Year and above welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields) 
  • Experience with people living with Dementia (Desirable)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
