About the role
As the Mental Health Service Manager – CLS, you will:
- Lead and oversee the CLS service, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented support for consumers
- Provide practice leadership, supervision, and coaching to frontline staff
- Ensure fidelity to the CLS model and delivery against contractual and KPI obligations
- Maintain strong partnerships with Local Health District clinicians and community stakeholders
- Contribute directly to service delivery through a small caseload and cross‑LHD communities of practice

You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant mental health or health discipline or Cert IV in Peer Work
- Proven experience leading a mental health service (minimum 2 years)
- Strong working knowledge of the CLS model and recovery‑oriented practice
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supervising and developing multidisciplinary teams
Probity Requirements
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS orientation module - or willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence
- Right to work in Australia
