Exciting Opportunities to  work in a highly respected Non-For-Profit Organisation  who are seeking to enhance wellbeing across the disability, aged care, and mental health services. Be part of a Clinical Excellence Hub, driving safe, high‑quality and person‑centred practice across the organisation.
 
About the Roles
 
As the  Practice Integrity & Governance Partner , you’ll strengthen service quality and safeguarding by combining governance expertise with hands‑on practice coaching. You’ll support compliance across multiple regulatory frameworks, lead restrictive practices oversight, and uplift capability across frontline teams. The role includes planned travel across NSW, with work place negotiable.
  • 1 x Full time permanent role
  • 1 x Max Term Contract until 30/6/26

Key Responsibilities

  • Support incident management and regulatory reporting (NDIS, Aged Care, iCare, Mental Health Act).
  • Conduct audits, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead restrictive practice oversight, reviews and reduction strategies.
  • Provide practice coaching, training, and guidance to operational teams.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

About You
  • Experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or injury management.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards & related legislation.
  • Skilled in compliance, auditing, risk management, and data analysis.
  • Confident communicator with coaching and capability‑building experience.
  • Digitally savvy (Microsoft Suite; Salesforce desirable).
  • Lived experience in relevant sectors welcomed.
 
Requirements
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • NDIS orientation module - or willing to obtain
  • Working with Children Check
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence 
  • Right to work in Australia
