What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, AIN or equivalent.
- Experience in support work (a bonus, but not essential).
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- NSW Driver’s License.
- Valid checks: Working with Children, National Police (within 3 months), NDIS Worker Screening.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Physical capability to lift up to 10kg unassisted.
- Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
