About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals, build independence, and connect with their communities. 
You’ll assist with daily living (personal care, meal prep, household tasks), support community participation, and collaborate with families and health professionals, always promoting dignity, respect, and choice. 

What you’ll need
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, AIN or equivalent; 
  • Students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
  • Experience in support work (a bonus but not essential)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Orientation Module
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
